Volunteer
Hope Hollow's projects and programs vary depending on the time of year, as do the ways in which volunteers can serve. Service opportunities range from volunteering during camp, joining the grounds maintenance team (mowing,
weed-eating, etc.), helping with special events and fundraisers, and campus beautification projects.
There are opportunities for everyone to get involved at Hope Hollow; no experience required!
We welcome volunteers of all ages to serve with us. Volunteers younger than 15 years of age must be
accompanied by a chaperone during his/her time of service. A chaperone can accompany up to 7 volunteers
under the age of 15. All volunteers 18 or younger and still in high school must submit a parental consent
form. All volunteers over the age of 18 AND graduated from high school MUST submit a current background
check (completed within the last 2 years) to Hope Hollow Ministries prior to serving.
If you are an individual interested in volunteering at Hope Hollow Ministries,
please complete and submit the application found below. If you are interested in scheduling a church group,
club, scout troop or other group to volunteer together at Hope Hollow, please contact
Program Director Kayla Beth Adams at kayla@hopehollowms.org.

We welcome groups of volunteers to come serve with us!
Hope Hollow Ministries is on a sprawling, 20-acre lot. The main cabin has 2 pull-out sofas, a bunk room with a total of 10 beds, 2 full bathrooms that include 2 shower stalls, 2 toilet stalls, and double-sink vanity. There is also a separate, full bathroom that is ADA approved.
We invite groups to rent our overnight facility while they volunteer at one of our camps.
Renting the cabin for parties or other recreational use is available throughout the year, except during summer camp sessions.
Requirements
Volunteers must be 15 years or older.
Each volunteer group must have a minimum of 2 adult
leaders (Aged 25+) accompanying the group
Cost
Please contact us if your group would like to take advantage of our overnight facility for the week during which they are serving with us at Hope Hollow. The cost for a group to enjoy our overnight cabin is $150 per person. Overnight groups should plan to arrive at Hope Hollow between 4:30-5:00 pm on the Sunday before camp begins the following day. Orientation will begin at approximately 5:30 pm to familiarize your group to the property, to our program, and to the children who will be attending camp that week. Pizza will be provided during orientation.
Hope Hollow's overnight cabin has a fully functioning kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker (coffee grounds and filters will be provided). Our HH Ladies Auxiliary will provide some breakfast items for your group as well.
